Announcement: The Return of Trans Sister Radio and the Story Thus Far Network
Hey everyone,
Athena here. It’s been a long, long time hasn’t it? Four years since the last post here and nearly five since the last episode of Trans Sister Radio.
Well, not for much longer!
After delays from little things like the pandemic and burnout, Trans Sister Radio, and this network, are finally returning! A few minutes from when this news post goes live, the first episode of Season 3 of Trans Sister Radio will premiere here on the website, cascading to other podcasting platforms shortly after. I talk more about what’s changing, why we’re coming back now, and why we were gone for so long in that episode, but I wanted to post here as well, because it’s exciting!
We’re back! We’re not quite the same as we were before, but we’re back!
The show is returning with a new host, Quinn, that you’ll meet during the podcast, and a new theme song, courtesy of Erin! It’s coming back to a full season of weekly uploads, right back on our original schedule.
Like I said above, if you want more details, tune into the episode!
Alongside the launch of this show, we have a ton of other ideas we want to explore, like the return of Still Inspired By, the launch of new shows, and live shows! But doing these projects will take time and, more importantly, money. Unlike before, where this network was a passion project between myself and my partner, Erin (like I said, you should really listen to the episode!), now it’s a project between myself and a close friend, Quinn. And while we are friends, I’d love to be able to compensate the people that help make this network a reality.
That’s why we’re also launching a Patreon! You can find it here: patreon.com/storythusfar
There’s a lot of great benefits available to patrons, like early access to episodes, exclusive Q&A posts, and more, but most importantly, it gives us a path to create all these new projects we want to pursue. If you’re reading this, or listening to the show, you’ve already supported us! But if you want to see these other projects come to life, the Patreon is there to help make them a reality.
Thank you all for reading and waiting. Thank you for sending in supportive emails when you listened, or just joining us on our Discord during the absence. You are all major reasons why the show finally returned, and I cannot thank you enough for your support.
We’re so glad to be back.
See you all soon!
